Refund policy
In general, SecondTakeJazzArt has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your merchandise to request a return (all subject to the Exceptions detailed below).
To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@secondtakejazzart.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you Return Instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must then be promptly received within 14 days of the approval of your return request.
SecondTakeJazzArt is not responsible for shipping costs when customers elect to return their purchases. Returns that are received late or are sent back to us without first requesting a Return Authorization Code will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Warranty
Although we strive for perfection at SecondTakeJazzArt, on rare occasion you may receive defective, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory/incorrect merchandise. Within the guidelines outlined herein, upon return, we will replace at our expense any product that proves defective in workmanship or materials, or has been damaged in shipment, or proves otherwise unsatisfactory/incorrect with the same product only. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, unsatisfactory, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll typically be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Note: Your Refund Due will include the total amount you paid, less a 15% Restocking Fee per order to cover the processing and fulfillment expenses we incurred to handle your order and return. We also reserve the right to deduct from your Refund Due a prorated amount for any sales or discounts you may have received for which your purchase is no longer eligible. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds, too.
Exchanges
Exchanges are quick and easy — you simply return what you don't want and make a new purchase for what you do!
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns on SecondTakeJazzArt Gift Cards, and any items marked "Final Sale." We also don't accept returns on orders exceeding $500 USD in total (these are non-returnable and considered final sale).
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
